About PUP Dog Rescue
PUP Dog Rescue saves dogs with uncertain futures – many who have found themselves on the “put to sleep” list due to lack of shelter space. It’s estimated that animal shelters care for 6-8 million dogs and cats every year in the United States, and sadly approximately 3 million healthy animals are euthanized and never given a chance.*
We specialize in rescuing small breed dogs and are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization from Western Washington. But we do more than re-home at-risk dogs! In addition to pulling them from high-kill shelters, we place them in volunteer’s homes, where they receive attention and love until we find them forever homes. We also ensure all dogs have health exams, vaccinations, flea treatments, worming, microchip and are spayed/neutered.
Since PUP was established in 2006, we’ve successfully placed over 1,000 at-risk dogs (and kittens) into loving homes where they can live full and happy lives. Your contribution, whether it be adoption, fostering or donating money, will help us continue our efforts to save these animals.
