“Every morning I’m awoken by the gentle nuzzle from my dog, a dog who loves me and appreciates all the little things in life. My dog never understood that just 2 years ago he was scheduled to be euthanized in a California shelter, until PUP stepped in.”
This weekend we are so excited to do our first shelter sweep of 2013 and save over 50 dogs from possible euthanization. By pulling these dogs we are also alleviating the stress in the California shelter by providing some breathing room for their homeless residents…if only for a day or two. Approximately 3 million to 4 million pets are euthanized each year, how can you help save more dogs?
- Education

Below are a few of the lucky dogs being transported to Seattle this weekend from California, they will be adopted by animal lovers in the Pacific Northwest hopefully soon! You can find the below dogs and many more on Petfinder or email adopt@peopleunitedforpets.com.
